Mercantile Title Agency, Inc., which is wholly owned by Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, is a full service title agency with offices in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. The Agency also has the ability of providing statewide and nationwide title services via its title insurance network. Mercantile Title provides services such as owner policies, mortgage policies, leasehold policies, and other related services. The Agency provides services to both residential and commercial markets. • Full-service closing on our premises, Broker premises or elsewhere in Ohio and Kentucky 
• Cash, conventional, FHA/VA, land contract and assumption closings
• Recording of all instruments
• Financing statements
• Escrow services
• After 5:00 p.m. closings

The title agency has the ability to write insurance for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.  In several markets the title agency has immediate access to a title examiner and can therefore perform services in real estate crisis situations.
