Andrew W. Owen is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Mr. Owen's practice focuses on the representation of clients in the commercial mortgage-backed securities area, with particular emphasis on default administration for corporate trustees and servicers of commercial mortgage securitized trusts. He has expertise in all aspects of workouts, foreclosures, deeds-in-lieu, bankruptcy proceedings, and receiverships. Mr. Owen also has a vigorous practice in all aspects of complex civil business disputes, including business torts, breaches of contract and warranty, product liability, and unfair trade practices and non-competition agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Owen served as the Chair of Litigation Practice Group at Buckingham, Doolittle and Burroughs.
