Ashley C. Pack is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department. In her practice, she works with Human Resource Managers and in-house counsel to provide both labor and employment advice and litigation support to employers. Ashley provides employment counseling to employers covering the entire employment relationship -- for example, the job application process, such as pre-employment drug screening or physicals, to any discipline that may occur, including termination. She provides labor advice to employers on elections, arbitrations, and union campaigns. Ashley has litigated cases for employers covering all types of discrimination and wrongful discharge, non-competition agreements, and wage and hour issues. In addition to her labor and employment practice, Ashley has also represented companies in the defense of commercial disputes and class actions. She also practices Media and First Amendment Law. She advises newspapers on prepublication review, advertising and defamation issues. Ashley is also a registered lobbyist for the Kentucky Press Association for any media-related issues that arise during the legislative session.
