Sarah Ghiz Korwan is a member of the Labor and Employment Department, and practices exclusively with the Mine Safety and Health Group. Her practice involves analysis and investigation MSHA 104(a) and 104(d) citations and orders issued to coal operators; preparation for hearings before the Coal Mine Safety Board of Appeals and/or settlement; and assisting in the defense of Section 110(c) special investigation cases.
