Michael G. Dailey is a member of the Corporate Department. Michael's practice involves counseling clients on general corporate law, banking law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. He has advised both public and privately held companies and bank holding companies on commercial transactions; mergers; asset and stock sales; capital raising; public and private securities offerings; and bank and thrift regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Dinsmore & Shohl, Michael was a national bank examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Michael is a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee.
