Cost Control Efforts
  • Computerized research services are billed at vendors’ regular rates to third parties without discount or surcharge
  • No charges for local telephone calls and regular mailings
  • Shipping of express mail and packages are billed at cost
  • Photocopies are billed at $.15 without additional charges for personnel
  • All travel expenses are billed at cost and local expenses are not billed
  • No charges for many administrative services
  • No charges for staff overtime
2010 Hourly Rates
  • Partners:    $220 - $550 per hour
  • Associates: $175 - $270 per hour
  • Paralegals: $115 - $200 per hour
Budgeting and Billing

We have been providing task-based billing and budgeting information to a number of our clients for many years. We currently work with over a dozen e-billing services to accommodate client systems and achieve greater cost efficiencies.

Alternative Billing Arrangements

The firm is willing to discuss any billing arrangements that bring value to both parties, including:
  • “Not to exceed” average hourly rates
  • Single lump sum annual retainers
  • Per file or per case charge
  • Hourly or blended rates
