Brian C. Close is a member of the Corporate Department. Mr. Close’s practice is focused on providing strategic counseling services for individual and corporate clients in general business, real estate and tax-related transactions, including representation in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and restructuring, federal state and local tax controversies, tax planning, real estate tax appeals and corporate governance. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Close served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Peggy Bryant in the Tenth District Court of Appeals in Columbus, Ohio. While at the court, he drafted judicial opinions, and assisted Judge Bryant in editing, reviewing and revising those and other opinions for publication.
