Calvin Buford Awarded Financier/Service Provider of the Year at ACG Cincinnati Deal Maker Awards

Calvin Buford, a partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP's Cincinnati office, has been honored as the financier/service provider of the year at ACG Cincinnati's Deal Maker Awards. The Association for Corporate Growth's Deal Maker Awards Program recognizes Cincinnati USA's corporate and individual "Deal Makers" who have been inspirational, visionary, creative, tenacious and persistent in their efforts to complete acquisition, joint venture, financing and strategic alliance transactions.

Calvin is a member of the firm's Corporate Department and Chair of the Diversity Committee. He focuses his practice in general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of publicly and privately held businesses; debt and equity financings including senior, mezzanine and venture capital financing. Calvin received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from Northwestern University. He's been selected as a Cincy Leading Lawyer by Cincy Magazine since its inception in 2005.
