Dinsmore & Shohl LLP Combines With Largest Corporate/Tax Firm in Dayton

Cincinnati-based law firm Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and Dayton-based Chernesky, Heyman & Kress, P.L.L. announced the merger of their firms. Chernesky, Heyman & Kress, P.L.L., an icon in the Dayton legal community with the largest corporate, tax and real estate practice in the city, will combine with Dinsmore & Shohl effective May 1, 2008.

Founded in 1988, Chernesky, Heyman & Kress, P.L.L. is a business-focused law firm comprised of 26 practicing attorneys. With their addition, Dinsmore & Shohl gains additional strengths in a number of core areas including: corporate law, taxation, real estate, litigation and banking. Attorneys with the Chernesky firm have consistently been honored for several peer-based awards including ten attorneys recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® and Ohio Super Lawyers®.
