Clifton B. Clark is a Partner in the Corporate Department. Mr. Clark's practice focuses on general corporate representation for numerous clients in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience in business formations and liquidations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and the private placement of securities. His experience includes developing and presenting director orientation and training programs, obtaining private letter rulings from the IRS, and resolving tax disputes with the Kentucky Department of Revenue. Mr. Clark's practice also includes providing general corporate and tax advice to non-profit and tax exempt organizations. Mr. Clark has also served as a member of the Kentucky Society of CPA's Small Business Committee and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Kentucky College of Law.
