D. Craig York is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Craig works primarily in the area of product liability defense including the representation of agricultural, construction, and industrial equipment manufacturers as well as the makers of drugs and medical devices. He has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky and has handled appeals in Kentucky’s Court of Appeals and Supreme Court as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
