Daniel P. Cherry is a member of the Litigation Department. He concentrates the majority of his practice in the areas of construction law, complex business litigation and bankruptcy litigation. He also has experience handling appellate matters and Uniform Commercial Code Articles 2, 3, and 4. He has served as lead counsel in bench and jury trials as well as arbitrations and mediations. Dan is also a certified Kentucky mediator and has served on the Attorney General’s Task Force for Older Kentuckians.
