David M. Abromowitz is a Partner in the Corporate Department. For over 18 years, Mr. Abromowitz has provided professional consultation, representation and general legal assistance to medical staffs, individual physicians, professionals, and health care/non-health care corporations and to medium and large size businesses. He has represented numerous corporate entities and health care groups in joint venture arrangements, merger and acquisitions, and corporate and practice formation. Mr. Abromowitz has counseled many physician groups and health care entities in a variety of health care issues including, but not limited to, Medicare, Medicaid, anti-kickback, and physician self-referral rules. He has also counseled clients in the formation of urgent care centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and boutique hospitals. Mr. Abromowitz has represented clients in general corporate and business matters including, but not limited to, real estate issues, employment issues, and insurance issues.
