Denise D. Klug is a Partner in the Litigation Department and is a member of the Mass Tort/Medical Litigation Practice Group. She is the Managing Partner of the Wheeling, West Virginia office. Denise maintains a regional litigation practice and has represented hospitals, chemical companies, construction companies, steel companies, and trucking companies in state and federal courts in West Virginia and Ohio. Denise's practice also encompasses Ohio and West Virginia Workers' Compensation and occupational health and safety issues and intentional tort causes of action. Denise counsels clients on violations of specific safety requirements, giving advice to State Fund employers with respect to premium rates and discounts, including establishing Drug Free Work Place Programs.
