Brady Dunnigan joins Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as a partner in their Lexington office

Brady Dunnigan, a former partner with Frost Brown Todd, has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. He will practice as a partner in the Corporate Department, working from the firm's Lexington office.

Mr. Dunnigan practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and lending. He represents clients in connection with the sale, acquisition, development, leasing and financing of various commercial properties, including mineral interests, equine farm operations, retail developments, hotels and office buildings, and represents financial institutions and borrowers in connection with the structuring, negotiation, diligence and closing of financing transactions of various sizes and structures. He also regularly counsels clients in connection with lease disputes, evictions, rent collections and enforcement of lien rights. His practice also includes business entity structuring and formation, and mergers & acquisitions.
Mr. Dunnigan graduated with a B.A. in History from The University of Kentucky in 1995, and received his J.D. from The Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 1998. He is involved with several professional and civic organizations in Lexington, including serving on the Board of Directors for Bluegrass Tomorrow, the Makenna Foundation and being active in various local groups that advocate for autism awareness. He is also a member of the Commercial Property Association of Lexington and the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation.
