Harry K. Herren is a member of the Litigation Department. Harry's practice is devoted to the defense of civil litigation with consequential emphasis in the areas of the defense of catastrophic injury cases, trucking industry litigation, the defense of product liability, and mass toxic tort actions. With more than three decades of litigation experience, he has tried in excess of 100 civil jury cases to a verdict.
