Dinsmore & Shohl Hires Associate William B. Hicks

William B. Hicks has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Health Care Practice Group. He will be practicing out of the firm's Charleston, WV office

Prior to joining the firm, Bill served as Assistant General Counsel to the Cabinet Secretary for the West Virginia Department of Administration. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in exercise physiology from West Virginia University (1996) and received a J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law (2000), where he was Managing Editor of the West Virginia Law Review.
