Former Partner with One of Dayton's Largest Law Firms Joins Dinsmore & Shohl

Timothy Hoffman, a former partner in the Dayton office of Coolidge Wall has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. He will practice as a partner in the Litigation and Environmental Departments, working from the firm's Dayton office.

"Tim brings with him decades of experience and a high level of expertise in an area that is very significant to many of our clients."
Hoffman has practiced environmental law for the past 25 years. He focuses his practice on defending clients in civil penalty and alleged environmental crime cases, as well as handling a broad range of environmental matters in virtually every environmental media. Hoffman serves clients ranging from closely held businesses to publicly held conglomerates and local government units. He has been selected for numerous awards including being listed in the The Best Lawyers in America® and being selected for "Best of the Bar" by his peers in the Dayton Business Journal.
"At Dinsmore & Shohl, I am hoping to add a complementary component to an already strong and growing law firm. I am also looking forward to expanding my practice with the firms regional and national presence," said Hoffman.
Hoffman graduated cum laude from Capital University and earned his J.D. from Capital University School of Law.
