Jodi Diewald Dyer is a member of the Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on commercial, banking, real estate, and development matters, including the representation of all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate development, investment, acquisition, disposition, financing, management and operation; lending and financial matters; title insurance matters; and commercial leasing. She also represents and advises clients on business and corporate matters, including the formation, operation, negotiating and structuring capital investments and joint ventures, and lenders and borrowers in all aspects of real estate financing and lending.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Dyer served as Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Global Structuring and Distribution for a global real estate company involved in the syndication of federal and state tax credits.
