Joseph P. Donohue is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Joe focuses his practice primarily in the area of general civil and complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in numerous state and federal jurisdictions in a wide variety of civil litigation areas including employment discrimination, insurance coverage, product liability, commercial contract disputes and general tort litigation. His practice includes all aspects of pre-litigation investigation, evidence and witness preparations, and trial and appellate work.

Prior to entering private practice, Joe served two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
