R. "Joe" Stennis is a member of the Labor and Employment Department.  Joe focuses his practice in the areas of labor, employment, workers' compensation, and general litigation.  Joe represents public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including matters involving wrongful termination, employment based torts, and employment discrimination under Title VII.  He routinely represents clients on employment related matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, and in federal and state court.

Prior to a legal career, Joe worked in the retail banking industry for approximately eight years as a banking center manager, business development officer, and licensed investment sales agent.
