Kurt Hunt is a member of the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on general commercial disputes, estate planning, and communications law, including telephony, internet, broadcast, and print media. He has helped represent wireless and wireline telephone providers, cable companies, internet service providers, a radio station, and a major internet portal on issues such as rate disputes, regulatory compliance, copyright, and data privacy. Kurt serves as an adjunct professor at Xavier University teaching media law and policy, and has published academic work related to broadcast content regulation, copyright, and internet law.
