Mark C. Bissinger is a Partner in the Litigation Department and Construction Law Practice Group. Mark's practice includes serving as outside general counsel for clients; acquisitions and asset sales, with assets of a value in excess of $100 million; and representation of venture capital backed companies and real estate developers. His practice also focuses on the telecommunication industry and in construction related areas (public and private projects) including bidding, contract preparation, claims preparation and analysis, liens, and all forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration proceedings and trial (both jury and non-jury).
