The agency also has the ability to provide statewide and nationwide title services via its title insurance network. Serving both commercial and residential markets, Mercantile provides owner, lender and leasehold policies of title insurance, escrow services, preliminary judicial reports for Ohio foreclosures, workout and pre-foreclosure title updates and other related services.
