Noah J. Stern is a member of the Corporate Department. Noah's experience includes federal individual, partnership, and corporate tax planning, state and local tax matters, as well as disputes with the Ohio Department of Taxation and the Internal Revenue Service. His practice also covers business and regulatory aspects of health care law. He presented a "Tax Update" at the Forty-seventh Annual Southwestern Ohio Tax Institute" and spoke at the Lawyers' Club of Cincinnati on "Taxes - What Happened in 2006."
