Richard A. Hernandez is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Mr. Hernandez focuses on all aspects of workers' compensation litigation in assigned counties throughout the state, and represented the Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio in mandamus actions before the Tenth District Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio. Mr. Hernandez has been named a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association under the guidelines of the Supreme Court.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hernandez was an assistant attorney general in the Workers' Compensation Section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
