Attorneys in our labor and employment practice have substantial experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements on behalf of employers, both private and public. Our practical and legal advice at the bargaining table with many different unions has proven to be extremely beneficial, particularly when the employer is faced with negotiating its first collective bargaining agreement. Services that we provide during the collective bargaining process include preparing contract language, counseling, providing behind the scenes advice, and actual representation at the bargaining table as the employer’s primary spokesperson.
