In addition to the supervisory training that our attorneys provide employers with respect to employment matters, we also provide supervisory training in areas more closely associated with traditional labor issues. We provide instruction to supervisors on the differences between a workplace where a union represents employees and one where a union does not. We also provide training on the practical and legal aspects of what supervisors can and cannot do during union organizing efforts. For employers where a union already represents its employees, we provide supervisory training on how to administer discipline consistent with the collective bargaining agreement, including things such as how to investigate an incident, how to determine what level of discipline to impose, and how to comply with the grievance procedure.
