Our attorneys have closely followed developments with this important legislation. Our attorneys provide extensive counseling and training to help employers comply with the law. Specifically, the firm assists clients in training supervisors for compliance with both the employment and facilities provisions of the Act. This includes providing training in the areas of obligations during the application process, job descriptions, reasonable accommodations and undue hardships.
