Susan B. Zaunbrecher is Chair of the Corporate Department and Chair of the Financial Institutions Practice Group. Susan is a member of the firm's Board of Directors. She is the Chair of the Professional Development Committee and a member of the Diversity Committee. Susan is experienced in all areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities law, particularly as it pertains to all types of financial institutions. She has been involved with organizing denovo institutions, bank restructuring into holding companies, capital formation, the purchase and sale of holding companies and banks and other types of businesses, including hospitals, manufacturing and service companies and all aspects of regulatory compliance.
