H. Toby Schisler is a member of the Litigation Department. Toby has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation. He has first-chair trial experience in more than 20 cases in state and federal courts. Toby has also argued before the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Seventh, Tenth, and Twelfth Appellate Districts in Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Much of Toby's practice is devoted to representing motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors in litigation involving product liability claims, warranty issues, and consumer sales practices. He also handles business and commercial litigation cases for a diverse group of clients. Toby is a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee.
