Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has represented scores of companies in cases filed in various state and federal courts throughout the United States. Over the years, the firm has represented clients in numerous cases involving injuries allegedly caused by exposures to chemicals and other toxins. Most recently, we have developed an extensive experience in mold-related toxic tort claims having represented numerous property owners, contractors, and manufacturers facing such claims throughout the United States.

Members of the firm’s Toxic Tort Practice Group have argued multiple matters before the Federal Judicial Panel on multi-district litigation. They have also represented clients in actions consolidated for coordinated pretrial proceedings by the JPML before federal courts throughout the United States. In addition, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has assisted clients in establishing a network of local and regional counsel defending mass tort and other complex litigation. We have assisted clients of the firm in retaining experts in various medical specialties in scientific disciplines who can evaluate cases, assist in preparation, and serve as expert witnesses at trial, where appropriate.
