William D. Grubbs is a member of the Litigation Department. He is available to advise and consult on product liability, commercial and other complex litigation. In addition, Bill maintains an alternative dispute resolution practice, arbitrating and mediating commercial, business tort and serious personal injury matters.
Earlier in his career, at the request of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce, Bill participated in the drafting of the legislation which ultimately became the Kentucky Product Liability Act. Bill attended the Duke University Private Adjudication Center’s comprehensive training program for mediators and is certified by that organization.
